CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS

At SHOCK, we ensure optimal results by measuring your heart rate or rate of perceived exertion (RPE) during each workout. This information guides your training and provides valuable feedback.

  • Access a wide range of bodyweight and minimal equipment exercises.
  • Incorporate low-intensity (LISS) cardio workouts.
  • Benefit from high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

We combine the best of both worlds by blending low-intensity (LISS) and high-intensity (HIIT) cardio exercises. Our automatic interval timer helps you maximize calorie burn in less time, without the need to track intervals manually.

QUICK AT-HOME WORKOUTS

Select from our extensive collection of quick workouts ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. Each workout targets specific muscle groups to address your needs:

  • Choose bodyweight exercises or those requiring minimal equipment to work on your abs, arms, shoulders, booty, or legs.
  • Access workouts suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

SHOCK integrates seamlessly with Apple's HealthKit. The app provides heart rate data for all exercises and workouts. Additionally, the app counts step metrics and tracks distance during cardio exercises using Apple's Core Motion technology.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS

While SHOCK is free to download, ongoing use requires an active subscription. You can choose from our monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans. New customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial period.

We offer three subscription plans: Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), and Annual (12 months). If you do not cancel or turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription term or free trial period, you will be automatically billed at the rate based on your chosen subscription plan.

You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase or trial start. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of your term.
